A flasher relay is used to provide alternating ON/OFF power output to a circuit, commonly used or indicator lights on a vehicle. This flasher is designed to be used with 2 to 6 standard bulb lights (not LEDs) and features ISO 280 terminals. When wired with a suitable hazard lights switch, this 4 terminal flasher relay can provide the following functionality;
- Indicator lights only operate with the ignition switched on.
- Hazard lights operate with the ignition switched on or off.
- +: Power input for left or right indicator lamps.
- S: Power input for hazard lights (left and right indicator lamps operate together).
- L: Power output for all indicator lamps (load).
- -: Ground connection.
